PLATE HEAT RECOVER

Our heat exchangers work in a transmission system through a system of crossed air flows perpendicular to the gas flow, one with cold air and the other with hot air. The heat transfer is done directly through a 80 to 200 microwaves wall. The build system allows its adaptability to different configurations for duct networks. The thermic efficiency can reach the 70% of heat, depending on the interchange surface and the flow speed. Depending on the used material during the construction of the equipment, it can reach temperatures up to 400ºC. We can supply the heat interchangers in the following materials: aluminium, polypropylene, polycarbonate, 304/316 stainless steel, galvanized steel. The heat exchangers achieve the maximum performance when working for depression to achieve a more uniform distribution of the air through the whole surface. Single phase (220V fans with built-in motor) static exchanger in aluminium with crossed flows. Single phase direct motor fans, optionally motors can be installed in transmission with belts if the installation requires. Built in aluminium profiled sandwich panel 23mm thickness, lacquered steel and 50mm base. It includes a zigzag G4 filter for the air intake. Efficiency greater than 50%(20ºC in the exit/ 0ºC in the entrance). Flow relation approximately for pressure drop no bigger than 10/15 mmH2O in the course of the entire installation. ROTARY HEAT RECOVER

The rotary heat recovers work by an air/air transmission. 11 available models for nominal flow between 720 and 46.800 m³/h.
