Air conditioner

Morgui Air Conditioners and heating modules. Surrounding is done through aluminum or galvanized sheet profiles. Covers in lacquered or galvanized sheet. Sandwich finish. Modular structure, which allows the combination of different stages depending on the needs.

Mixing section: They can incorporate regulating floodgates in the different faces for the air retrieval or entry from the outside. Also, for the inclusion of energy recovery ventilation systems.

Filtering section:  pre-filters in zig-zag, bag filters, absolute filters, electrostatic filters, activated carbon filters in grain or impregnated foam, ultraviolet filters.

Batteries section: Cooling batteries manufactured in copper duct placed in the gate, and aluminum fins which determine a high efficiency transmission. The maximum speed should be 2,6 m/s. The heating batteries are made of cooper tube and aluminum fins with steel collectors placed without welding and the endings are with threaded ends. The maximum speed should be 3,5 m/s. If the fluid is a gas, it is supplied with a liquid distributor and vacuum cooper tube collector. If the batteries are from vapor or overheated water, tubes and iron fins are supplied. The collectors include a flange at its end.

Humidification section: Humidity by using sprinkling filters or humidity panels.

Ventilation section: Supplied with double ear fans. Upon request, there can be simple ear fans or special constructions. Reacting or Acting fans. Transmission done by pulleys except of special cases.
