PROTEKFOC Fire suppression system

Fire suppression system based on the spraying of an aqueous solution with organic salts, installed in a bottle of 12 or 25 liters depending on the installation. The system distributes the liquid through a stainless-steel pipe. The nozzles act in the pipe, the plenum and the cooking appliances. The fuses are certified by the Canadian laboratory U.L. The fire suppression system incorporates a system a manual starting system. The circuit is free of pressure. The fire suppression system complies with the minimum protection requirements for kitchens as per the Tecnifuego-AESPI. The system has been proved by Invertek-TUV under the requirements of AESPI and the UL-300 norm.
