Once the goods are delivered we invoice the assets. The ordinary invoice will be issued by email to the address you indicated us when opening your client sheet. Does the equipment you have acquired not fit to your installation? How can you request a return?

You have to previously communicate us in a written form the return of the asset and it has to be accepted for one of our technicians. The returns need to be done with the following documentation: delivery note and invoice number, if it exists. The materials will be credited as per the state of the returned material in the moment of its reception in our warehouse.

MORGUI CLIMA S.L. reserves the right to set the amount to be credited. In case of disagreement the client can withdraw the material up to 3 months and from the delivery date. Otherwise and after the 3-month period, MORGUI CLIMA S.L. will use the material at his convenience.

If I have mounted and used the material, can I give it back?

The materials will be credited as per the state of the returned material in the moment of its reception in our warehouse.

The assets which I want to give back occupy a lot of volume, how do we do it?

The transport for the material to be returned will always be arranged and paid by the client.

Are the special manufactured assets accepted to be returned?

Do you accept return for assets which are in stock?

The return of assets which are in stock are not accepted if there is not an existing previous communication in a written form (email and/or phone confirmation from one of our technicians).

Do you need accessories in order to finish some installation? Have you forgotten some material? You can request any mounting piece/accessory after your original request.

Have you forgotten some component/material?

Do you need some sealing putty for the duct?

Or maybe you need some specific wall bracket for the ducting you have found in the installation?

Do you know that we have racorsfor the system connection? Any mounting accessory for your installation can be requested after your original request. We do know that sometimes it is a must in order to mount, so you can come to pick it up in our offices and pay at the moment or we can send it to you via Seur 24h/10h.

How can I extend the warranty for the assets I have received? Do I have a possibility for extension?

How many warranty years has my new Morgui Hood? And a box? And an equipment for control?

The products which Morgui Clima distribute are designed in order to last for many years. However, you can contact us for any doubt or problem and we will try our best to help you.

Do replacement programs exist for components or equipment?

Yes, in order to always assure a high quality for our equipment and services, in some occasion we have replaced components or equipment which require some update in order to give the best performance.

Nowadays there are no products which require a component replacement, if there would be the case we would communicate via email to the affected users.
